About Sri Sri P.RE.M.A Physiotherapy Centre

Physiotherapy is a branch of medicine that focuses on helping individuals regain their independence and improve their quality of life by working on their mobility issues using a variety of approaches like exercise therapy, manual therapy, electrotherapy, kinesiology etc. People may lose confidence and the ability to move due to injuries, disease or aging. A physiotherapist uses different approaches to help the individual get better over time and integrate better into society. Exercise therapy is used to help build your core and muscle strength. Occupational and functional training can be done so you can get back to work without any issues after a major surgery. Effective pain management is a major priority too.

Our Philosophy

Our team will first talk to you to understand what ails you and then come up with a proper course of action. They will use different approaches depending on what your needs are. Currently, we offer rehabilitation services for sports injuries, orthopaedic, neurological, pulmonary and cardiac issues with exercise therapy and electrotherapy. We believe that complete recovery is measured by how much your life has improved after getting treated for a particular condition. We are here to help you live better everyday!

Frequently Asked Questions

Like the name says, it is a form of physical therapy that is designed to help individuals move better and live better. This is especially important after injuries, surgeries, accidents or due to old age.

Different approaches used include exercise therapy, manual therapy, use of specific devices which emit electromagnetic waves, sound waves or lasers and rehab- all of which promote healing, improve circulation and reduce pain. This can mean better mobility for you and more independence later on.

The physiotherapists at Sri Sri PREMA will understand what your problem is and then come up with an individualised treatment plan which may include a mix of different approaches like electrotherapy and exercise therapy.

It is done to help you heal faster after a surgery, to help improve mobility and joint and muscle function after any injury or surgery and to reduce pain and improve quality of life ultimately.

It can be anywhere between 30-60 minutes and you will be asked to come in more often at first. Then as your body heals better, you will be asked to come in fewer times in a week. Taking enough rest is as important as being consistent with physical therapy.
