Sri Sri PREMA Hospitals is a part of the Art of Living Non-Profit, Humanitarian Organization founded by Sri Sri Ravishankar. They offer a variety of programs aimed at helping you destress, based on yoga, breathing techniques and meditation respectively. There are guided coaching classes for Sudarshana Kriya, learning different yoga styles for children and adults, along with special Sahaj Samadhi Meditation and Advanced Meditation Programs. These programs teach you to prioritise physical, mental and spiritual health on a daily basis.
